Thro gh 20 years efforts， the G angzho International Hotel Eq ipments and S pplies Exhibition is getting better and bigger，last exhibition covered an area of300，000 sq are meters， it will be 320000 sq are meters this year。 At the appointed time， we will invite ten tho sands hospitality b yers and dealers from all over China and overseas to visit the expo。
Date Arrangement
1)。 7-9 Dec 2014 ： exhibitors arriving and preparation。 (9： 00am-5： 00pm)
2)。 10-12 Dec 2014： doing b siness
3)。 12 Dec 2014： leaving (4： 00pm)
Exhibition Fees
1) 9 sq are meters standard booth： USD2000。 incl de 1 name plate， 1 desk with 2 chairs， 2 fl orescent lamps， 1 wastepaper basket， 1 power socket (eq al to or less than 300W)
2) Indoor bare floor space req irements m st be greater than 27 m2 for every single rent。 Exhibitor sho ld pay 28 RMB per sq are meter for preparing management charge。

Coffee and Tea Sets： coffee and tea， coffee and tea filters， coffee making and filtering machines， beverage machines， seasoning and syr ps， ceramics， hotel food， healthy food and so ps， etc。

Application Form and Process
If yo are interested in exhibiting or attending GIHE 2014 an application form can be obtained from the organizer。
Once the application form has been s bmitted， payment sho ld be remitted to the specified bank acco nt detailed on the form。 Please note that payment will only be accepted via this method。 Following completion of the payment process， a receipt will be iss ed。 This receipt will be req ired to assist in the VISA application process for entry into China。
